How Orangetheory Fitness Developed a Workout Everyone Can Do

Orangetheory Fitness exercise variations make our workout the perfect fit for everybody from athletes to first timers, even for those with an injury.

Orangetheory Fitness is tough! It’s a high-energy, high-intensity, results-driven workout—and it’s coming soon to Oregon City, OR.

But don’t let that scare you. Even though it’s tough, it’s also for everyone: athletes, beginners, college students, parents, runners, and even people with limited mobility. How could it be possible for one workout to help so many people burn calories and reach their goals?

Every session is a chance for you to get outside your comfort zone, challenge yourself, and change your body. But it’s always at your own pace and at your own level.

Our Orangetheory Fitness coaches here in Oregon City, OR, will start getting to know each of our members from the moment we open. That means we’ll know when you’re pushing yourself or slacking off. But it also means we’ll know when to push you. We’ll know what your level is and what your goals are, and we’ll be here to help. We’ll inspire you, motivate you, and remind you what you started burning for in the first place.

Rower Modifications

Better Burpee

No moans and groans when we call out for our first set of burpees at Orangetheory Fitness Oregon City! Coach Eddie of Orangetheory Fitness Miami Lakes makes light of the most feared workout move known to man.



Strider Option

Believe it or not, some variations can even offer increased calorie burn. Coach Nancy of Orangetheory Fitness Lake Mary shows us all about striders, an alternative to treadmills for those with discomfort in the knees, hips, or lower back.
